Not satisfied with your initial QC photos? Follow this step-by-step tutorial to request close-up pictures and communicate effectively with the LoongBuy warehouse.
Quality Control (QC) photos are a vital part of the purchasing process when using a shopping agent like LoongBuy. Sometimes, the initial set of pictures might not provide enough detail to verify the item's condition, color, texture, or specific features. Don't worry—you can easily request additional photos. This guide will show you how to open a support ticket, specify your requests clearly, and ensure you get the detailed verification you need before shipment.
Log into your LoongBuy account. Go to your "My Orders""Warehouse"
Click on the specific order for which you need more photos. View the existing QC album. Below or near the photos, look for buttons or links labeled "Contact Warehouse", "Apply for More Photos", or "Open a Ticket".
Clicking the button will typically open a support ticket/message window directed specifically to the warehouse staff for that order. Do not use a generic customer service ticket.
Effective communication is key. Vague requests lead to unsatisfactory photos. Be specific and polite in your message. Here’s a template and what to include:
"Hello Warehouse Team,
Could you please provide some additional close-up QC photos for my item [Item Code/SKU, e.g., LB123456]?
I would appreciate it if you could take clear pictures of:
- The [specific part, e.g., logo embroidery, sole tread pattern, zipper pull].
- A close-up of the fabric texture/material under good lighting.
- The [label/tag] to show the size and washing instructions.
- Any visible flaws, stitching, or seams from all angles.
- A photo with a measuring tape next to the item's [length/width].
Thank you for your help and time!"
What to Specify:
After submitting your detailed ticket, it will be queued for the warehouse staff. You can usually track the progress in your "Messages""Support Tickets"
Once the new photos are uploaded, review them carefully. If they still don't meet your needs, reply directly to the same ticket for further clarification. If you are satisfied, you can proceed with "Submit for Shipment".
