Warehouse Receiving & Logging
Your item is scanned into our system upon arrival and assigned a unique tracking ID. It is then securely placed in a designated "Awaiting QC"
Comprehensive Physical Inspection
Our trained QC specialists thoroughly examine your item. This includes checking for:

- Completeness:
Detailed Photo Uploads
We don't just tell you it's okay—we show you. Multiple high-resolution photos are taken of your actual item, including:
- Overall front, back, and side views.
- Close-ups of labels, serial numbers, and tags.
- Angles highlighting any potential areas of concern.
- Packaging and included accessories.
These photos are instantly uploaded to your private LoongBuy Member's Area.
Transparent Defect Reporting
If our inspector finds any flaw—no matter how minor—it is immediately documented. A clear, written report is created describing the issue (e.g., "1cm scratch on lower left corner") and linked directly to the relevant photo. You will be notified promptly.
Customer Approval & Decision
This is your stage. Based on the photos and any defect report, you make an informed choice:
